Emergency Roof Repair in Manor, TX

Active leak, storm damage, tree on the roof: call and we stop the water first.

Emergency roof repair and roof tarping in Manor and the greater Austin area: active leaks, wind and hail damage, fallen limbs and trees. We stop the water coming in, document the damage for your insurance, then do the permanent repair.

Overview

What Emergency Roof Repair Includes

A roof emergency is not the leak itself; it is what the water does in the hours after. Ceiling drywall, insulation, flooring and wiring get expensive fast. Our first job on an emergency call is to stop the water: a properly anchored tarp, a temporary patch, or a quick flashing repair, whatever gets you dry. We photograph everything before and after so your insurance claim starts with clean documentation.

Then we do the real repair, on a written scope and price like any other job. Most emergencies in this area are wind: shingles or ridge caps gone after a front, a limb through the decking, or a tarp from another crew that blew off. Hail season adds roofs that were already marginal and finally let go. Call during business hours for same-day response; after hours, call and leave the address and what is happening, and we get to active leaks as soon as we safely can.

  • Emergency roof tarping, anchored so it stays on
  • Temporary patch or flashing repair to stop an active leak
  • Fallen limb and tree damage: securing the opening and assessing the decking
  • Photos of the damage before and after for your insurance claim
  • Permanent repair or replacement on a written price
  • Honest call on whether the roof needs a repair or has reached the end

How it works

Our Emergency Roof Repair Process

01

Call, Then Stop the Water

Tell us what is happening. We tell you what to do in the next ten minutes: bucket, move the furniture, kill the breaker if water is near a fixture.

02

Tarp or Temporary Repair

We get the roof covered or the leak sealed so no more water comes in, and photograph the damage for your carrier.

03

Permanent Repair

Once it is dry and the scope is agreed, we do the real repair or replacement. Written price first, same as any job.

What Affects the Cost of Emergency Roof Repair

You get the price before the work starts. These are the things that move it:

  • Size of the area to tarp or patch
  • Whether decking is broken and needs securing
  • Roof height and pitch
  • Whether it is an insurance claim (tarping is usually reimbursable)
  • The permanent repair, priced separately and in writing
FAQ

Emergency Roof Repair FAQs

Do you offer 24-hour emergency roof repair?

We answer during business hours, Monday to Saturday, and respond to after-hours calls about active leaks as soon as we safely can. Roofing in the dark and rain is dangerous, so most after-hours calls are a phone walk-through that night and a tarp at first light.

Is emergency tarping covered by insurance?

Usually. Most Texas homeowner policies cover reasonable steps to prevent further damage, which is what a tarp is. Keep our invoice and photos for your claim.

What should I do right now while I wait?

Put a bucket under the drip, move anything valuable, and if water is near a light or outlet, turn off that breaker. If the ceiling is bulging, poke a small hole to let it drain into the bucket rather than letting the drywall come down. Do not get on the roof.
